Konzept und Eigenschaften
Diese Weltneuheit für die Anatomie-Technik wurde entwickelt, um die Verwendung von Formalin zu eliminieren und ein geschlossenes System für die Fixierung und Konservierung von Ganzkörper-Präparaten in der Anatomie zu schaffen. Anmerkung: Jedes Modul arbeitet autonom und kann individuell programmiert werden. Das modulare System erlaubt es, mehrere Module zu einer Anlage für eine beliebig große Anzahl von Körpern zusammenzustellen. Abhängig von der Anzahl der Studenten muss die Anzahl der DryCon-Module vorab bestimmt werden. Allerdings ist es auch möglich, die einzelnen Module nacheinander anzuschaffen, so wie es das Budget zulässt. Ein spezieller Vorteil ist die Bearbeitung eines Ganzkörper-Präparates bzw. von Extremitäten in einer vollkommen geschlossenen Prozesskammer, in der die Prozesslösung hineingepumpt wird, bis das Präparat vollkommen mit der Prozesslösung bedeck ist (wie bei einem geschlossenen Gewebe-Einbetter in der Pathologie). Nach dieser Prozedur kann der Körper für eine Langzeit-Trockenlagerung in einem normalen Regal “mumifiziert” werden. Wenn der Körper wieder für studentische Präparationsübungen o. Ä. verwendet werden soll, kann dieser einfach und schonend wieder in seinen weichen Originalzustand zurückversetzt werden.

Das DryCon System ist auch geeignet, antike Mumien schonend zu regenerieren und aufzuarbeiten, um diese zu begutachten bzw. zu restaurieren. Das DryCon Gerät (Modul) besteht au seiner selbsttragenden Konstruktion mit vollautomatischer Steuerung für eine Ein-Mann-Bedienung. Es wurde besonders entwickelt, um eine garantiert schadstofffreie Fixation und Konservierung von Ganzkörper-Präparaten ohne die Verwendung von Formalin zu ermöglichen. Die Prozesskammer wird nach der Füllung mit dem Konservierungsmittel mit 3 bar Druck beaufschlagt, was zu einer besonders schnellen und intensiven Infiltration des Mediums in das Gewebe führt. Normal ist dieser Prozess nach 12 Stunden beendet. Die harmlose, organische und nichttoxische Prozesslösung besteht aus “Shellac” und verdünntem Ethanol, ist
ebenfalls patentiert und wird als DIS “Lacservierung-Lösung” bezeichnet.

Konzept, Beschreibung und Funktionen
Achtung: Jede Einheit arbeitet autonom und kann individuell
programmiert werden. Das Modulsystem erlaubt es, diese zu einer
Gesamtanlage von beliebiger Größe zu erweitern. Für ein Lagervolumen von 48 Körpern benötigt man deshalb 16 Module, die sogar in verschiedenen Räumen installiert werden können. Ein besonderer Vorteil ist die Benutzung unterschiedlicher Konservierungslösungen (z. B. „Thiel“) und Konzentrationen.
Stabile, selbsttragende Konstruktion mit automatischer,elektronisch
gesteuerter Funktion. Ein-Mann-Bedienung. Speziell entwickelt für die gesundheitsschonende Konservierung der Ganzkörper-Präparate ohne Eintauchen. Die Konservierung durch Formalin oder andere Fixier- / Konservierungsflüssigkeiten findet in Form einer Besprühung der Körper in einem gasdichten Raum statt, der mit herausnehmbaren CNS-Körper mulden sowie einem Flüssigkeits-Aerosol-Sprühsystem ausgestattet ist.

This system consists of so called fixation cuvettes with lid, which take up 1 body tray support with 3 body trays (human anatomy).  The body tray support incl. bodies will be lifted by means of a crane out of the cuvettes. After this the bodies are transferd to the extraced student dissecting tables and positioned there for preparation work.

Leichtes Öffnen des Deckels durch elektr. Kranlaufschiene mit justierbarer Anheb- und Senk-Geschwindigkeit. Passsitz auf Z-Dichtleiste. Küvetten müssen in einem Schacht eingelassen werden, damit die Beschickung leicht vonstatten gehen kann. Die Höhe der Decke muss der Höhe des Einsatzes inkl. Kran angepasst sein. Umlaufende Viton-Dichtung (15mm stark) für gasdichte Abdichtung. Ablauf-Kugelhahn vorne unten. 4 höhenverstellbare Füße zur optimalen Ausrichtung.
